What we collect

• Your quiz answers (when you were diagnosed, your hardest part right now, your dairy status, who you cook for).
• Your email address, if you buy the Starter Kit or sign up for the free 3-day starter.
• Payment details, handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Basic site usage through the Meta pixel and Google Analytics, such as which pages were visited. Your quiz answers are not sent to either.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for, send the emails you signed up for, and understand which pages help people. We don't sell your information.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Kit (email), Meta (advertising measurement), Google (site analytics) and Fly.io (hosting). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see or delete what we hold about you, email team@canieatthis.health.
